Please note that express delivery is not available on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday. In case express order is placed after cutoff time or on weekend/public holiday, the express order will only be processed the next working day. 

Due to unforeseen wether and traffic conditions, actual delivery time can be more than 4-5 hours, we seek your understanding in case there is late delivery. 

Express delivery fee will not be refunded under all circumstances.

You can opt for self pickup at our office at 514 Chai Chee Lane from 930am to 530pm daily except weekend and public holiday. Please place your order online, and wait for our email notification for further instructions when it is ready to be collected. Usually your order will be ready for collection with 12 hours (during working day, excluding any weekend of public holiday).
