This means if you’re comfortable in a t-shirt and pants, your baby should have on that plus an additional layer. However, it is important to note that this guideline applies when the room temperature is comfortable, mostly between 20°C - 22.2°C (68°F - 72°F).

    • Note: Do not put a hat on your baby while indoors to prevent overheating.
