Return Refund Policy

General Policy

Products can be returned within 15 days return/refund period (after order arrived), but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging.

For personal hygiene purposes, merchandise categorises under toiletries, underwear (inner garments), lingerie & accessories, bedding, feeding items (unless faulty) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Cash refund are NOT allowed unless due to faulty products. All refund will be issued via store credit with 1 year validity. 

We reserves the rights to reject any refunds if the return item doesn't meet above conditions.

To better service your return request, all return request must be submitted via our return centre

Step 1: File a return/refund request at 

Step 2: Request will be processed within 7 working days & you will be noticed via email on the outcome.

Step 3: Return your item(s) by following the email instructions given.  


Q: Can I request for an exchange? 

Ans: If you are not satisfied with the product(s) received, you can raise a return/refund request and then make another purchase for other products that you prefer. Alternatively, you can request for an exchange at our office in person.

Q: How do I arrange the return

Ans: All returns are self arranged at your own cost. We will provide you with detail instructions to guide you via email. Alternatively, you can also return in person to our office. Kindly refer to our email for more information.
